Amid indecision by Russia on the crypto industry, Bank of Russia deputy governor Vladimir Chistyukhin said that Russians could purchase and trade digital coins through foreign intermediaries. Coinpad (CP) led today’s gainers with a 908% surge to $0.01825. Meanwhile, Spice DAO (SPICE) ranked top in losses after eroding everything overnight.

Dogecoin stood at $0.1736, following a 1.10% gain in the last 24 hours. However, its trading volume was at $955,868,434 after surging 52.06%. Its competitor SHIB gained 10% and maintained the upward move, climbing further. Shiba Inu trades at $0.00003477 with another 4.13% gain.
ELON gained 8.85% to trade at $0.00000128. Also, Samoyed Coin (SAMO) surged 0.46% within 24 hours to stand at $0.04142. However, Floki Inu dropped 2.07% to $0.0001188.
